The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or commercial building can vary greatly. The biggest factor is the size of the property. As a general guideline plan on at least 1 hour. But many large homes and commercial or retail buildings can take up to four hours for photography. The time required for your photo shoot will be discussed at the time you book it.
The neater and cleaner your home or business is, the better it will photograph. Always start with a good cleaning. But to help homeowners and Realtors prepare for the real estate photography we have prepared a check list of things you can do to really make the home photo ready. We use high end, professional grade Canon digital camera with speedlight flashes and a variety of ultra wide angle lenses that allow us to capture the property from any perspective.

Yes, we will supply photographs in both a hi resolution format for print and paper advertisement and low resolution for email and web advertising.
Yes, we can accept payment by check, cash, EFT (electronic funds transfer right from your bank account), PayPal or Credit Card.
You can simply provide the code to the lock box installed. Of course, you are also always welcome to meet us at the home and hang out during the photo shoot.
If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot (i.e. rain, heavy clouds and the like) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available open shoot date. If you chose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand that the listed pricing does not include fixing photos for cloudy skies and such.
We will normally have your photographs back to you within a 24 hours period unless we are experiencing a heavy work load. We guarantee a 48 hours turn around time.
